COOKING SCHOOL: Dynamic Kitchen
This cooking course is designed to give students a chance to explore different cuisines while developing their teamwork skills. The cooking course includes: basic kitchen skills, table manners in various cultures, brunch making (American and British style), full course Asian style cuisine (Chinese, Thai/Korean) and full course European style cuisine (French, Italian and Spanish). Every day, students need to work together as a team to produce one full set menu and enjoy the food they have cooked while sharing their experiences.
